Workers' compensation reform legislation, singed into law on 3/13/07 requires us to notify all of our employeesthat our workers' comp insurance company is contracting with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) for the supply of prescription medicince.
If prescribed medication is for a work-related injury or illness, your prescriptions should be filled at a pharmacy within the Express Scripts network.
