For the 3rd time this month, I have the great pleasure to announce a very well deserved promotion.
Since joining the company in January 2008, Colleen has been reliable, hard working and a real team player. She has helped whereever possible and whereever needed. Don't let her amiable good nature fool you though... Any customer who has spoken with her on the phone knows that she's a solid professional who gets down to business.
Colleen officially joins the management ranks as Assistant Supervisor.
